If you are looking for a fun and challenging way to burn fat, tone muscle, and perform better, then our HIIT FIT Boot Camp is for you. We offer high-intensity full body workouts in a structured interval training setting (also known as HIIT training or HIIT workouts) that goes far beyond the beaten path of workout circuits and lifting stations.
Our classes combine intense cardio with resistance training to create the ideal metabolic demand for effective long-term fat loss and overall conditioning. Our focus is to develop the core aspects of athletic performance in a setting that is friendly, encouraging, and accessible for everyone.
CARDIOVASCULAR & RESPIRATORY ENDURANCE
Our fitness trainers will help you get the most out of your cardio training, HIIT workouts, and every other exercise you tackle. By improving your endurance and making other healthy lifestyle choices, you can ensure a healthy heart and a happy life.
Speed is a highly important aspect of overall fitness — especially when it comes to HIIT workouts and circuit training. It’s both the ability to move and react quickly to your surroundings and is also one of the two components of power.
Stamina is the capacity to endure prolonged physical and mental efforts during a workout. Having good stamina can improve your life in many ways, from being less tired after work to having more energy to play with your kids. Good stamina is key to overall health, and it all starts with your desire to get fit.
Coordination is the ability to precisely stay in control of body movements during HIIT workouts, group exercises, and in life as a whole. HIIT FIT members of any age, shape, and size can improve their lifestyle by focusing on improving their coordination.
We believe our full-body workouts, which consist of guided compound movements, will help you develop strength at your own pace and build an overall sense of physical and mental toughness.
Commonly confused with speed, agility is the ability to change your body’s position or direction at a moment’s notice — a critical skill for HIIT training. Reaction time, coordination, and speed all contribute to one’s agility.
Having high flexibility reduces muscle soreness, decreases risk of injury, increases range of motion, and improves athletic performance. Flexibility is a critical part of any good fitness plan.
Balance is the ability to stay upright and in control of one’s body under a variety of conditions, whether that be during a HIIT workout, circuit training, or any other kind of physical activity. Having good balance is key to many of the other 10 factors of fitness.
Power is composed of two traits: strength and speed. Our full-body workouts and experienced fitness trainers will work to maximize your ability to exert instant maximum muscle contraction in explosive bursts of movement during our group fitness classes.
Accuracy is the ability to finely and precisely control one’s movements in a given direction or at a certain intensity. Accuracy is particularly important to athletes, but can also be beneficial to anyone looking to improve their overall health through personal fitness.
Following the state's recommendation to limit close physical contact to reduce the spread of Coronavirus (COVID-19), we are temporarily suspending all group classes. Updates on when classes will resume will be posted here and on our facebook page as soon as they are available.
